(recentf-filename-handlers): Rename from
`recentf-filename-handler'.  Allow a list of functions.
(recentf-menu-items-for-commands): Fix :help strings.
(recentf-apply-filename-handlers): New function.
(recentf-expand-file-name): Use it.
(recentf-cleanup): Remove duplicates too.
